Many questions are answered on our Help & FAQ page: loading problems, saving progress, sound, full-screen play and safety. If a game does not behave as you expect, reloading the page and clearing the site's cache solves most issues.
The most useful bug report includes four things: the name of the game, your device and browser (for example, an Android phone with Chrome), what you did, and what happened instead of what you expected. A screenshot is a bonus. We read every report and use them to decide which fixes come first.
Tell us which game or topic you would like to see. Traditional games from your region, board games your family plays and puzzles you enjoy are always welcome. We cannot build everything, but suggestions shape what we make next.

For anything urgent, or if you'd rather skip the form, email us directly at onlineplayzone915@gmail.com. We read every message and aim to reply within a couple of days. There's no automated ticketing system — a person reads what you send.
If a game isn't loading or behaving correctly, the two most useful things you can tell us are the name of the game and your device and browser — for example, "Sky Hopper, iPhone 13, Safari" or "Sudoku, Windows laptop, Chrome". If the problem only happens at a certain point (a specific level, after a restart, when rotating the screen), mentioning that helps us reproduce it far more quickly. A screenshot is welcome but never required.
We're always looking for the next game to build. If there's a classic format you'd like to see done properly for the browser — or an idea of your own — send it over. We can't promise to build everything, but suggestions genuinely feed into what gets made next.
